The terms governing your use of our website and appliance repair services — including booking, the $75 service call fee, payment, our 90-day warranty, and Texas governing law.
Last Updated: June 18, 2026These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or the “customer”) and ApexPro Appliance Repair LLC (“ApexPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of our website at apexproappliance.com (the “Site”) and the appliance repair services we provide (the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By using our Site, booking an appointment, or accepting Services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request Services.
By accessing or using the Site, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment through our booking platform or by phone, or otherwise engaging ApexPro to perform Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and that you either own the property and appliances to be serviced or are authorized to request Services on the owner’s behalf. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
ApexPro provides residential and light commercial home appliance repair services, including the diagnosis and repair of refrigerators, freezers, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, cooktops, microwaves, washers, dryers, and garbage disposals. We have served customers since 2019.
Service area. We provide Services in Houston, TX and surrounding cities, including Sugar Land, Missouri City, Pearland, Pasadena, League City, Baytown, Katy, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Humble, Tomball, Stafford, and Bellaire. Service availability outside this area is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges or declined.
Right to decline or limit service. We may, in our sole discretion, decline, limit, suspend, or discontinue Services for any appliance, location, or customer—including, without limitation, where an appliance is unsafe to service, where required parts are unavailable, where the work area is unsafe or inaccessible, where an appliance is beyond economical repair, or where we are unable to verify ownership or authorization. We may also recommend replacement rather than repair when, in our professional judgment, repair is not cost-effective or feasible.
You may request Services by booking online through our third-party scheduling platform, HousecallPro (book.housecallpro.com), or by calling or texting us at (346) 472-4470.
Arrival windows. Appointments are scheduled within an estimated arrival window rather than at an exact time. While we make every reasonable effort to arrive on time and to keep you informed, arrival times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, prior jobs, parts availability, and other factors beyond our control. A missed or shifted window does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Access required. You must ensure that an adult (18 or older) is present and that our technician has safe, clear, and lawful access to the appliance and the work area for the duration of the appointment. If we are unable to access the property or appliance, or if no authorized adult is present, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and a service call fee may apply (see Estimates, Pricing & the $75 Service Call Fee).
$75 diagnostic / service call fee. A service call fee of $75 applies to each visit and covers our technician’s travel, on-site diagnosis, and a repair estimate. If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, the $75 fee is applied toward the cost of that repair. If you decline the repair, the $75 fee is non-refundable and remains due as payment for the diagnostic visit.
Upfront, flat quote. After diagnosis, we provide an upfront, flat-rate quote for the recommended repair. No repair work begins until you approve the quoted price. By approving the quote (verbally, in writing, electronically, or through our booking platform), you authorize ApexPro to perform the described work at the quoted price.
Additional or hidden issues. If, after work begins, we discover additional problems or that further work is needed, we will inform you and provide a revised or supplemental quote for your approval before performing the additional work.
Prices subject to change; taxes. Pricing is subject to change at any time before you approve a quote and may vary based on the appliance, parts, labor, and conditions involved. Quoted prices are exclusive of applicable sales and other taxes unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for all such taxes.
Payment due on completion. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment for Services and parts is due upon completion of the work. For special-order parts, we may require payment or a deposit in advance.
Payment methods. Payments are processed through our third-party platform, HousecallPro, which accepts the payment methods made available at the time of service. Your use of HousecallPro to make payment is subject to HousecallPro’s own terms and privacy practices (see Third-Party Services).
Returned or failed payments. If a payment is declined, charged back, returned for insufficient funds, or otherwise reversed, you remain responsible for the full amount due. We may charge a returned-payment fee to the extent permitted by law and may recover reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees where allowed. Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law and may void any warranty coverage until paid in full.
ApexPro provides a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for repairs we perform, beginning on the date the repair is completed.
What is covered. The warranty covers a failure of the same component we repaired or the specific part we installed due to a defect in that part or in our workmanship. If a covered failure occurs within 90 days, we will, at our option, re-perform the repair or replace the defective part at no additional labor or parts cost for that covered issue.
What is not covered. The warranty does not cover, among other things: (a) misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, power surges, pest or water damage, or improper use of the appliance; (b) a new or unrelated failure of a different component or part not covered by the original repair; (c) parts or components supplied by the customer; (d) pre-existing conditions, or the continued or repeated failure of an older or worn unit where the underlying appliance is at or near the end of its serviceable life; (e) repairs altered, tampered with, or worked on by anyone other than ApexPro; (f) cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear; and (g) any work performed without payment in full.
How to request warranty service. To make a warranty claim, contact us within the 90-day period at (346) 472-4470 or apexproappliances@gmail.com with your name, service address, and the original invoice or job details. We may need to inspect the appliance to verify that the issue is covered.
Cancellations and rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible by calling or texting (346) 472-4470 or through your booking confirmation. We ask for reasonable advance notice so we can serve other customers.
Missed appointments and no-access visits. If our technician arrives and is unable to perform Services because no authorized adult is present, the appliance or work area is inaccessible, or the appointment is canceled with insufficient notice, the $75 service call fee may apply.
Refunds. The $75 diagnostic fee is non-refundable once a diagnostic visit has been performed. Charges for completed repairs are non-refundable except as required by the 90-day warranty in 90-Day Warranty or by applicable law. Deposits and amounts paid for special-order parts are non-refundable once the parts have been ordered (see Replacement Parts).
To allow us to provide Services safely and effectively, you agree to:
You are responsible for backing up or removing food, contents, and personal items from any appliance before service. ApexPro is not responsible for spoilage of food or loss of appliance contents.
We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) or manufacturer-approved replacement parts. Where a part is not available or has been discontinued, a comparable manufacturer-approved equivalent may be used.
Special-order lead time. If a required part must be ordered, the repair is typically completed within 2–4 business days after the part arrives. Lead times are estimates only and may be affected by supplier availability, shipping, and other factors beyond our control.
Special orders are non-returnable. Parts that are special-ordered for your specific appliance are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered. We may require payment or a deposit before ordering special-order parts.
We perform all Services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence consistent with industry standards. Except for the express 90-day warranty stated in the 90-Day Warranty section, the Services and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” and ApexPro disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that any repair will extend the overall life of an appliance, that any appliance will be free of future or unrelated failures, or that parts will remain available for older or discontinued models. Older appliances carry inherent risk: diagnosis or repair of an aging unit may reveal or accelerate additional wear-related failures, and certain repairs may not be possible where parts are no longer manufactured. Any oral or written information provided by our technicians does not create any warranty beyond the express warranty in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ApexPro Appliance Repair LLC and its owners, employees, and technicians from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your failure to provide a safe and accessible work area, your failure to disclose known hazards, or your misuse of an appliance after service.
By providing your phone number and contacting us or booking Services, you consent to receive calls and text messages (SMS) from ApexPro at (346) 472-4470 regarding appointments, estimates, service updates, and related communications. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS may limit our ability to send you appointment updates. Consent to receive automated or marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing Services. For details on how we handle your information and communication preferences, please see our Privacy Policy.
We use third-party services to operate our business, including HousecallPro (book.housecallpro.com) for online booking and payment processing, and embedded Google Maps on our contact page. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, and ApexPro is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party platform. We encourage you to review their terms before use.

You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purpose of learning about and engaging our Services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, frame, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Informal resolution first. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at (346) 472-4470 or apexproappliances@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally and in good faith. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.
Venue. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written quote or invoice you approve, make up the entire agreement between you and ApexPro regarding the Site and Services, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of our business or assets.
Force majeure. ApexPro is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, supplier or shipping delays, utility or network failures, or government action.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date and post the current version on this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
