How ApexPro Appliance Repair LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects your information — including call/text (SMS) consent, cookies, third-party services, and your privacy rights.
Last Updated: June 18, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how ApexPro Appliance Repair LLC (“ApexPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit apexproappliance.com (the “Site”), contact us by phone, text, or web form, or book and receive appliance repair services from us.
We are a Houston, Texas appliance repair company serving homeowners and businesses across the greater Houston area. We respect your privacy and keep what we collect to what we actually need to schedule visits, diagnose and repair your appliances, process payment, honor your warranty, and follow up about your service. Please read this policy carefully. By using our Site or services, you agree to the practices described here.
This policy applies to personal information we collect through our Site, when you call or text our phone line at (346) 472-4470, when you email us, when you complete a web form or online booking, and in the course of providing appliance repair services at your home or business.
ApexPro has provided residential and light commercial appliance repair since 2019, serving Houston, TX and surrounding cities — including Sugar Land, Missouri City, Pearland, Pasadena, League City, Baytown, Katy, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Humble, Tomball, Stafford, and Bellaire. This policy does not cover the separate privacy practices of third-party platforms we use, such as our booking and payment provider, which maintain their own privacy policies. See Third-Party Services & Service Providers for details.
We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use our Site.
Online booking and payments are handled by our third-party platform, HousecallPro (book.housecallpro.com). When you pay through HousecallPro, your card or payment details are collected and processed directly by HousecallPro and its payment processors. We do not collect or store your full payment card numbers on our own systems. We may receive limited transaction records, such as confirmation that a payment was made, the amount, and the service it relates to.
When you visit our Site, we and our analytics and service providers may automatically collect:
We use the information we collect to run our appliance repair business and to serve you, including to:
When you give us your phone number — by calling, texting, completing a web form, or booking online — you agree that ApexPro may contact you at that number, including by phone call and text message (SMS), about your service request, appointment, estimate, parts, payment, warranty, and related customer-service matters. These messages may be sent using an automated system.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages you need to receive about an active appointment, unless you ask us to stop those as well.
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to make the Site work, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use our pages.
Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal; because there is no common industry standard, our handling of these signals may vary, and we will honor them where required by applicable law.
We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate our business. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it and use it only to provide their services to us:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We do not allow our service providers to use your information for their own unrelated marketing.
We may disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. Payments are processed through HousecallPro’s secure platform, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials and personal details you share with us confidential.
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to complete your repair, support your 90-day warranty, maintain service history for future visits, and meet our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
When we no longer need your information, we will delete it or de-identify it in a reasonable manner. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we hold it.
You have choices about your information, and depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws.
Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of in those categories. Privacy rights vary by state and not all rights are available to every resident. To exercise a right, contact us using the details in Contact Us. We will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
Our Site may contain links to, or embeds of, third-party websites and services that we do not own or control, including our booking platform and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party site or service you visit.
Our Site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of this policy and post the updated version on this page. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of our Site or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
